Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of infants and toddlers to identify developmental delays and needs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and educators.

• Monitor progress and outcomes for each child, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide direct support and education to families, offering strategies to facilitate their child’s development in various domains including social, emotional, cognitive, and communication skills.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for families to empower them in their roles as caregivers and advocates.

• Remain current with best practices in early childhood intervention and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children ranging from birth to age three who are experiencing developmental challenges, such as physical or cognitive delays. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
