Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that they are tailored to meet each child’s unique requirements.

• Collaborate closely with families and other team members to monitor progress and outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide emotional and practical support to families, helping them utilize resources effectively and enhancing their capacity to foster their child’s development.

• Utilize natural learning environment practices and coaching methodologies in interventions to facilitate meaningful learning experiences for children.

• Follow all Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families, promoting a nurturing and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers who may experience developmental delays or disabilities. The social worker will play a key role in guiding families through the early intervention process, providing tools, resources, and support tailored specifically to the needs of children in their formative years. By prioritizing the family unit, the LCSW can significantly influence the child’s development trajectory, setting the framework for future successes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
