Key Responsibilities\n

• Function as an Independent Contractor, managing your caseload while adhering to our organizational policies and procedures.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and psychological needs, developing tailored treatment plans to address these needs effectively.

• Implement counseling or psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, fostering a safe and supportive environment for client expression.

• Research resources and provide recommendations for community support services, ensuring clients have access to additional care as needed.

• Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy, employing technology efficiently to maintain high-quality therapeutic interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of junior and senior high school students, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and developmental concerns. Your work will have a profound impact on these young individuals, helping them navigate their emotional landscapes and develop coping strategies for life challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
