Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs and strengths of each child.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that outline targeted objectives and services.

• Monitor and assess outcomes regularly, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective support for families and children.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to foster skill development in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.
\n
• Build and sustain strong relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote a healthy and effective learning environment.

• Provide essential coaching and training to families, empowering them with strategies to support their child’s development in everyday settings.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in early childhood social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children aged 0-3 who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Your interventions will aim to enhance the child's developmental trajectory and support their families in navigating challenges. You will be an essential resource for families, providing not just professional guidance but also emotional support during critical periods of growth and change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of professional experience working with young children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
