Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of young children to identify their developmental needs.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.
\n
• Monitor and document progress, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and education to families, helping them to navigate the challenges associated with their child's development and fostering a supportive environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations and organizational policies in the provision of services.
\n
• Facilitate communication between children, families, and the educational team, building rapport and trust to promote health and learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers who face developmental challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs associated with early childhood development and the ability to provide tailored interventions. You’ll work closely with families to address emotional, social, and developmental concerns, ensuring that each child receives the support necessary to succeed in their early learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for any potential travel purposes.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to engage with children and families using diverse therapeutic approaches that recognize varying learning styles.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.

• A commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices to maximize learning opportunities for children within their everyday environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
