This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while primarily serving clients through our community health clinic located in Fresno. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify emotional and developmental needs.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailored to the unique requirements of each child.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes through regular follow-ups and adjusted therapeutic strategies.

• Provide evidence-based early intervention support to families, helping them navigate challenges and enhancing their child’s development.

• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.

• Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to measure progress, adapting to the individual learning styles of each child.

• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create an effective and nurturing learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly those with special needs or developmental delays. You will work closely with infants and toddlers during critical early years, supporting their growth in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. Engaging with families, you will empower them to participate actively in their child's development, ensuring a supportive home environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health with LCSW designation.

• A valid driver's license for necessary travel to meet clients in the community, if required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
