Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of young children to identify developmental needs and appropriate interventions.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes of interventions, adjusting strategies as needed to meet the evolving needs of each child and family.

• Provide essential support and guidance to families, equipping them with the skills and information necessary to enhance their child's development.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment practices when developing intervention strategies.
\n
• Establish and maintain rapport with children and families, fostering a trusting and nurturing learning environment.

• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to ensure effective support and coaching for families.

• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld for all staff and individuals served.
