Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct assessments to determine client needs, implementing integrated care plans that ensure access to necessary services.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that center on client-driven goals and therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor client progress, participation in treatment, admission, retention, and discharge criteria.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and resources as necessary.

• Complete documentation and reporting in a timely manner, tracking treatment outcomes and ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, exchanging relevant information with healthcare providers and community resources to enhance client support.

• Engage in committee work aimed at improving agency service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
