Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a clinician who is flexible and skilled in providing therapeutic support in a remote setting. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on client accessibility and care requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services in both office settings and community locations, engaging directly with clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disturbances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning to ensure personalized care for each client.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve organization-wide goals, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and conduct standards set forth by both professional bodies and Polaris Behavioral Health Center.

• Facilitate regular case reviews and participate in team meetings to ensure comprehensive treatment plans, adapting to client needs and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes, as you help clients navigate their mental health journeys in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active LCSW license.

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment modalities.
