Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of clients, taking into account personal histories, current life circumstances, and specific risk factors.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, dependent on client needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients’ emotional regulation, coping strategies, and personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners to ensure a comprehensive care approach.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, employing effective de-escalation techniques and making appropriate referrals to higher levels of care when necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment and understanding.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and client interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
