Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, using your clinical expertise to identify appropriate interventions.

• Offer one-on-one and group counseling sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Develop tailored service plans for clients that intricately align with their individual goals and objectives, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Act as an advocate for clients' rights, facilitating access to needed resources and addressing any barriers they may encounter.

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs, including gathering data for grant reporting and assessing the effectiveness of interventions.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to strengthen service delivery and outreach efforts.

Your work will focus on diverse populations within the community, including individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, trauma, and social challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

Compensation and Benefits\n
