Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, formulating tailored treatment plans that incorporate established best practices and therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, adapting strategies to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and reflects best practices within the industry.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate client care and improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Provide support and education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources that can assist in their care.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
