Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions for clients presenting with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, tailoring services to meet individual needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and make appropriate referrals for detailed assessments to address specific client concerns.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and healthcare providers to facilitate the achievement of treatment goals.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions while actively monitoring client progress and ensuring timely service provision.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, deploying therapeutic techniques to stabilize clients in acute distress.

• Document all client interactions accurately and submit required reports and data within established timelines to meet organizational standards and compliance regulations.

• Engage in team meetings and contribute to committee work focused on quality improvement initiatives to enhance agency service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
