Mindful Walkway Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Fresno, California. This full-time remote position is specifically focused on providing essential support and services within a Hospice Center environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities and delays to determine their care needs and educational plans.
\n
• Collaborate with families and other caregivers to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the needs of each child.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of children’s developmental progress and well-being as part of a team of professionals.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and education to families on strategies that foster healthy child development, encompassing physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to deliver effective interventions and maximize developmental outcomes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations and standards to assure the health, safety, and well-being of those served.
\n
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to promote a collaborative and effective therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young children, particularly infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Your approach will center on their individual needs, enhancing their developmental skills during the critical early years of life. The families you support are often facing complex challenges, and your role as an LCSW will be to provide insightful guidance, emotional support, and actionable strategies that empower both caregivers and children.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
