This full-time role is conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You will be part of an innovative hospice mental health program, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide remote therapy to patients across Clovis, California. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Pulse Counseling Solutions Ltd, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the mental health needs of your clients while employing solution-focused interventions.

• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to the client’s needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive treatment strategies for your clients.

• Participate actively in peer review and case study consultations to elevate the quality of care provided across the organization.

• Serve as a vital resource for clients and their families by educating them about mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community supports.
