Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of their circumstances.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy, adapting approaches based on cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to enhance client outcomes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include specific goals, strategies for interventions, and ongoing progress evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists, to coordinate integrated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and safety planning for clients in critical situations.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, connecting them with essential community resources and providing continuous case management support.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, working to elevate mental health awareness and access to services in the greater Fresno area.

Qualifications\n
