Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, guiding strategic treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing tailored to specific client backgrounds.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to craft and implement comprehensive treatment plans that monitor progress while addressing emerging needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with vital community resources, ensuring they receive appropriate support and case management throughout their treatment process.

• Engage in community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and encourage the utilization of services available through the clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
