Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose, when necessary, and to formulate individualized care plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of patients, continually monitoring progress and adapting strategies to ensure the efficacy of treatment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment records, patient interactions, and outcomes, utilizing current technology and adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop holistic treatment plans that focus on achievable goals and optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Assess and intervene to ensure patient safety and reduce symptoms, actively participating in interdisciplinary meetings to share insights and strategies.

• Coordinate with community resources and referral providers to establish a comprehensive support network for patients, strengthening their pathway to recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
