Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive virtual therapy sessions for a minimum of 25 clients weekly, utilizing effective treatment methodologies tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches.

• Benefit from our administrative team's support for tasks such as client intake, insurance verification, billing, and compliance requirements, allowing you to focus on client care.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and implement new therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
