Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation and supervision sessions with senior staff to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new therapeutic techniques and industry standards.
\n
• Provide clients with supportive resources and tools to promote their mental fitness and overall wellbeing.

• Contribute to intake procedures, including verifying insurance and onboarding new clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a broad demographic, focusing on adults aged 18 and over, with an emphasis on diverse populations. We actively support clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals seeking assistance with men’s mental health issues, and those from various ethnic backgrounds. Your role will involve fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all clients, ensuring they receive tailored mental health support that respects their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LICSW license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.
\n
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, providing psychotherapy services to adults.

• Proficient in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience working with minority and diverse populations is essential to support our client base effectively.

• Malpractice insurance is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing mental health services to the LGBTQIA+ community is highly advantageous.

• Specialization or experience in men’s mental health is desirable but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
