Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with a variety of mental health issues.

• Provide therapeutic services through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring quality interaction and client support.

• Document treatment sessions accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development and supervision, participating in team meetings and peer consultations to refine clinical skills.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the organization to enhance client care and address any complex case considerations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment adjustments in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Alight Wellness and Rehabilitation Center, you will work primarily with an adult population, aged 18 and older, presenting various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about advocating for clients from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community and other minority populations, fostering an inclusive environment that respects individual identities and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the State of Illinois.

• At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in counseling, demonstrating competence in working with adult clients.

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Prior experience providing psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and over.

• Possess professional malpractice insurance to adhere to industry standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
