Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing serious mental health challenges, providing clinical assessments, individual, family, and group therapy in both virtual and community-focused settings.

• Participate actively as a collaborative team member, sharing insights and strategies to promote collective goals related to client wellness.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary, adapting approaches based on individual client needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that promote access to necessary services, ensuring smooth communication between clients, families, and multidisciplinary providers.

• Offer a range of short-term treatment and recovery services tailored to the unique needs of clients in a time-sensitive manner.

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical guidelines while delivering services.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, effectively responding to urgent situations to safeguard client well-being.

• Monitor treatment plans, ensuring that all documentation is completed timely and accurately for effective case management.

• Assist in the continuous evaluation and improvement of our clinical services by actively participating in committee meetings and contributing insights from your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals facing significant mental health challenges and emotional disorders. Our patient population includes adults, as well as adolescents in need of specialized support. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
