Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Conscious Therapy Health Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and diagnose mental health issues in students.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, tailored to the academic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include students ranging from early childhood through high school. You will work on addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social difficulties. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates are required to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of one year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist in a mental health capacity.
