Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for adult clients, developing individualized treatment plans to address their mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing severe emotional distress.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role includes working with adult clients from diverse backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of patient populations, ensuring culturally competent care, particularly for minority groups, as well as specific demographic interests such as men's mental health and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active LCSW license valid in the State of Florida.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
\n
• Professional malpractice insurance is required.
\n
• Experience providing therapy to clients aged 18 and older.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

• Specialized knowledge or previous experience in men’s mental health.

• Demonstrated experience supporting clients from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
