This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while providing essential virtual therapy services to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

• Providing compassionate virtual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of individual clients.

• Establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with at least 25 clients, ensuring their mental health needs are addressed and met.

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely records.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans that target specific client challenges.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to foster a culture of ongoing learning and improvement.
\n
• Staying current with best practices and continuing education in mental health therapy, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve predominantly consist of adults aged 18 and older who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our practice emphasizes inclusivity, providing care for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community and different cultural minority groups. As such, you will be equipped to address a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, with an emphasis on working with diverse populations.
\n
• Possessing professional malpractice insurance is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Previous work with the LGBTQIA+ community is preferred but not mandatory.
\n
• Experience in addressing men’s mental health issues is an asset.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
