As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will primarily work remotely, which offers you flexibility while maintaining your essential connections with families and stakeholders within your community. This setting enables you to carry out assessments, intervention planning, and family support in various environments, including the homes and community locations where families feel most comfortable.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team to evaluate the developmental status of children and their families.

• Design and deliver direct child development services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child aged 0-3, ensuring the interventions are age-appropriate and family-focused.

• Collaborate with families to create Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), specifying targeted goals and strategies that focus on the child’s developmental improvements.
\n
• Document progress notes, assessments, and any correspondence required to ensure accurate communication and effective service delivery.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group interventions aimed at improving developmental skills in infants and toddlers, covering key areas such as cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication.
\n
• Evaluate family dynamics and individual strengths/resources, identifying concerns and tracking progress to foster a supportive environment.
\n
• Act as a service coordinator, managing the scheduling, implementation, and evaluation of intervention plans while adhering to standards and timelines.

• Encourage parent-child interactions to promote developmental milestones, equipping families with the tools to advocate effectively for their children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
