Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate clients' developmental status, contributing insights to a collaborative care approach.

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities tailored for children aged 0 to 3, ensuring that services address observed developmental delays and support overall growth.

• Participate in creating and refining Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), identifying specific goals, objectives, and strategies that align with each child's developmental needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation through progress notes, evaluations, and reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Provide direct individual and group interventions to children exhibiting developmental delays in areas such as cognitive skills, adaptive behaviors, and communication development.
\n
• Evaluate and track family and child progress, identifying strengths and resources while addressing any concerns that arise during the intervention process.
\n
• Act as a dedicated service coordinator for families, facilitating schedules, implementing intervention plans, and ensuring that procedures align with established timelines.

• Support families by providing professional guidance and facilitating advocacy skills to empower them in promoting their child's development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who are at risk for or are experiencing developmental delays. You will engage with families from diverse backgrounds, respecting and addressing cultural values while building therapeutic relationships. Your work will significantly impact their ability to advocate for their children, helping to nurture their development and empower parents.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license is mandatory for this position.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 68,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
