Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with families to participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that the services provided align with the child's specific circumstances and family priorities.
\n
• Monitor and track progress as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring outcomes are reported accurately and promptly.
\n
• Provide support to families by offering resources, guidance, and strategies to foster their child’s skill development across all domains, including physical, cognitive, and social/emotional growth.
\n
• Engage in natural environment teaching and coaching models to enhance the learning experience for families and children alike.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations relevant to early intervention services.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families to create a safe and effective therapeutic environment.
\n
• Document interactions and evaluations effectively, ensuring proper record-keeping practices are followed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on supporting infants and toddlers who exhibit delays or disabilities that may impact their development. You will work closely with families to understand their children’s needs, using evidence-based practices to guide interventions. Our services aim to empower families to help their children reach developmental milestones within a supportive framework.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current LICSW license as per the state regulations by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is required for any potential travel to meet clients or attend multidisciplinary team meetings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
