Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and eligibility for services.

• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring parental involvement and input.

• Monitor developmental outcomes in collaboration with team members, adjusting intervention strategies based on child and family needs.

• Provide coaching and supportive strategies to families, enabling them to facilitate their child’s learning in natural environments.

• Document all assessments, service delivery, and family interactions following federal and state regulations.

• Build rapport with children and families to foster a nurturing learning atmosphere conducive to growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices to guide your interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with best practices in early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who may have disabilities or developmental delays. Our services are designed to support these children and their families during crucial developmental stages, typically within the first three years of life, addressing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work and a current LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for potential travel to client homes or community settings.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various learning styles to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings, we prefer candidates who demonstrate a robust commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
