Clinical Nurse Liaison (RN) - Hospice & Community Outreach - Full-Time

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading nonprofit hospice provider in the DFW metroplex to recruit a compassionate and relationship-driven Clinical Nurse Liaison.Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Clinical Nurse Liaison serves as the clinical and community representative for the hospice program, building strong referral relationships while coordinating seamless patient admissions.
