As a Registered Nurse with a background in Med/Surg and Tele, you'll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced 24-bed unit where every day presents new learning experiences. The variety of patient cases-ranging from cardiac to neuro and respiratory-ensures continuous clinical development. Support systems are robust, with helpful colleagues, dedicated CNAs, around-the-clock RT and intensivist teams, and advanced technology including EPIC EMR and Massimo telemetry.


Schedule/Hours:

• Expect both day and night shifts with manageable nurse-to-patient ratios (typically 1:5-6).
• Floating within the region as needed, with travel time compensated when floating mid-shift.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg or Tele RN experience
• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong Med/Tele skillset: cardiac rhythm interpretation, non-titrating cardiac drips, wound care, IV starts, and tube/drain management
• At least 6 months' hands-on EPIC EMR experience
• Willingness to float within the Central Division region

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for diverse patient populations
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage both routine and urgent interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC
