Business Systems Analyst II

Westminster, CO | On-site We are supporting a rapidly growing aerospace technology organisation seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead process improvement and systems transformation initiatives across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain functions. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in scaling operational processes for complex hardware products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions Conduct stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions Analyse data and generate actionable recommendations using SQL and reporting tools Develop process documentation, business requirements and workflow maps Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams Support ERP, PLM and business systems enhancements Drive adoption of new processes, tools and technologies Deliver training and ongoing support to end users Requirements Bachelor's degree and relevant business systems experience Experience supporting manufacturing, operations or supply chain organisations Strong process mapping and process improvement capabilities ERP and PLM experience SQL and data analysis skills Understanding of configuration management, quality systems or change management processes Experience within aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing or other regulated industries preferred What's On Offer Significant ownership and visibility within the organisation Opportunity to influence business-critical processes Collaborative and highly technical environment Competitive compensation package and long-term growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr EVONA
