Business System Analyst

We’re hiring a Systems/Business Analyst to support a major Utilities digital transformation initiative focused on migrating a high‑traffic customer website from a legacy CMS to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . This is a hands‑on role embedded within an Agile Scrum team, partnering with Product Owners, Developers, Systems Integrators, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, and high‑quality user stories. Must‑Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting Agile/Scrum delivery Hands‑on, demonstrable expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) and AEM Assets (DAM) Experience supporting enterprise CMS implementations and website re‑platforming initiatives Proven ability to write high‑volume, high‑quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria using the “As a, I want, so that” format Strong requirements gathering skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications Experience gathering requirements for Adobe Target personalization , audience targeting, A/B testing, and experience optimization Experience defining website search requirements, including indexing, relevancy, faceting, and filtering Experience documenting integration requirements across CMS/DAM ecosystems, including analytics, CRM, customer feedback platforms, and authentication solutions Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story validation Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business, technical, and delivery teams What You’ll Do Support a large‑scale CMS replacement project moving from a legacy platform to Adobe Experience Manager. Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. Partner with development teams to clarify AEM templates, components, forms, and integration requirements. Support personalization, search, analytics, content migration, and digital experience initiatives. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, functional validation, and UAT activities. Help ensure solutions meet both business objectives and customer experience expectations. Preferred Experience Experience with the broader Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags Prior experience supporting Salesforce-to-Adobe or similar legacy‑to‑modern CMS migrations Experience working within utilities, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments Familiarity with content and asset management workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr Tundra Technical Solutions
