Job Title : Recreational Camp Specialist

• Location: West Columbia, TX
• Contract Type: 6 Months Contract
• Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recreational Camp Specialist to join our client's team in the outdoor recreation sector. In this role, you will contribute to organizing and supporting hunting and fishing trips, ensuring compliance with laws, and maintaining facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support hunting and fishing trips for individuals and groups in client entertainment and operational contexts.
• Plan itineraries for trips using knowledge of the countryside to determine optimal routes and sites.
• Transport people, equipment, and supplies to designated areas.
• Explain hunting and fishing laws to ensure compliance.
• Instruct party members in the use of hunting or fishing gear.
• Administer first aid to injured individuals as needed.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs of facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Care for animals as required.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in hunting, fishing, and camping in the outdoor recreation and guide industry.
• Non-Commercial Driver's licence required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in animal care.
• Knowledge of local hunting and fishing regulations.
