Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Position Summary Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related diagnoses in home and community settings with a highly skilled BCBA and BCaBA as resources for you. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity, collect accurate session data, and collaborate with families and clinical team members to support meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising analysts Collect session data on target behaviors and skill acquisition programs Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic-based settings Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members on client progress Maintain timely session notes and documentation per insurance and company standards Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development Uphold ethical standards consistent with the BACB Ethics Code Schedule Full-time M-F Qualifications Active Medicaid Number Active RBT certification (BACB) – required High school diploma or equivalent (degree in related field preferred) Reliable transportation to client homes in the Clermont/South Lake County area Experience with children or individuals with ASD preferred Must pass Level 2 background screening CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with growth opportunities Consistent BCBA supervision and mentorship Flexible scheduling Ongoing training and professional development Collaborative, clinician-led culture that values your input To Apply Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io, visit us at or call View phone number on click.appcast.io.
