Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to expand our portfolio across two high-growth verticals: traditional Security Guarding services and emerging AI-powered security technology solutions, including mobile camera systems and intelligent surveillance platforms. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across security guarding, mobile patrolling and AI security technology Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting enterprise, government, healthcare, industrial, retail, and commercial real estate sectors Develop, update and present customized proposals for guard services, mobile patrolling services and AI-powered surveillance and mobile camera solutions Willingness to learn new technology products as needed.
