What you'll do:Identify operational and workforce opportunities using data, AI-enabled insights, and associate and member feedback. Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive process improvements, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment. Support the development and execution of the Driver Experience transformation roadmap. Partner with Operations, Product, Trust & Safety, HR, and Analytics to design and scale impactful solutions. Evaluate trade-offs across experience, cost, and operational complexity to deliver measurable business outcomes.What you'll bring:Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.Ability to leverage AI-enabled prototypes, pilots, and testing to validate solutions and scale measurable impact.Proven experience in operations and project management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and provide actionable business insights.Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes.
