If you have experience with reconciliations, general ledger work, month-end support, and accounting systems, this Accountant role could be a great fit.Why This Opportunity?Join a growing construction services company: CFI supports residential installation work across multiple states, creating a dynamic accounting environment with real operational impact.Work closely with leadership: Partner with finance, operations, and internal stakeholders to keep accounting activity accurate, current, and easy to understand.Own meaningful accounting work: Support month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, payroll cadence, A/P, A/R, and job or territory cost tracking.In-person team environment: Work from CFI's Newport, KY office, located near Cincinnati, OH.Strong compensation and benefits: $65,000 to $80,000/year, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and additional insurance options.What You'll Be DoingAs an Accountant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supporting month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting review.Preparing and maintaining accurate general ledger activity.Completing bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations with strong attention to detail.Supporting accounts payable workflow, including coding, processing, and tracking bills.Assisting with invoicing, posting, and A/R support.Supporting weekly payroll cadence, with payroll running every Friday.Helping track expenses, job costs, and territory-related financial activity.Maintaining clean documentation and clear notes so financial activity is easy to follow.Working with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting questions and keep items moving.What You BringAccounting Experience: 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support experience.Month-End Support: Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly accounting tasks.Systems Experience: QuickBooks Online experience is strongly preferred.
