ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the banking industry, where I developed a strong background in financial services and helping customers navigate important decisions. Outside of the office, I’m married with two children, and family is a big part of both my life and the culture we’ve built within the agency.

We’re proud to be actively involved in our local community, with a particular focus on supporting high school athletics. Our agency stays connected through local baseball, football, and wrestling programs and enjoys supporting the students and families in our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Dennis Hurst - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
