Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mercy Vale, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology is preferred.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various treatment modalities, including culturally responsive approaches.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
