We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Nurse.As a Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the opportunity every day to distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!This position is a full-time Friday-Monday day shift, with no overnights or after-hours on-call. However, you must be available and willing to work weekend shifts and holidays as scheduled.Pay is dependent on experience.The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction • Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Idaho • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment • 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors • Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident. • Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions. • Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentialityBenefits:Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
