The General Manager will have full responsibility for the entire value chain, including underground mining, processing, maintenance, technical services, safety, people, costs and operational performance.We are looking for:Previous experience as a General Manager of an operating mineStrong underground hard-rock mining experienceProven ability to lead the complete mining and processing value chainExperience managing a large, multidisciplinary site workforceAn honest, visible and hands-on leader who operates with integrity, transparency and accountabilityThis is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of a producing underground operation and lead its continued development.Please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
