Flexi-motion Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Irvine, California. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and features advanced sports medicine equipment. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care primarily to patients with private medical insurance, ensuring personalized attention and the highest quality of service.

Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite, allowing for collaborative interactions with fellow healthcare professionals. You will work alongside a skilled team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), fostering a supportive and engaging work culture. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, which provides a work-life balance conducive to maintaining personal health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient objectives and develop individualized treatment plans that consider each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Effective management of patient workloads, averaging one patient per hour, while ensuring a high standard of care and attention.
• Utilize your orthopedic expertise to provide proactive and cost-effective treatments, helping patients minimize the need for medications and invasive surgical procedures.
• Implement various rehabilitation techniques and modalities, adapting fitness and wellness programs to promote physical improvement.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care that motivates patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapeutic services provided, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and improve clinical outcomes through shared insights and teamwork.
• Continuously assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining open communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Impeccable professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Demonstrated competency in manual therapy techniques appropriate for orthopedic settings.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a preference for experience using WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient environment is highly desired.
• Experience with sports medicine and knowledge of the latest rehabilitation techniques.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
