Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Judge Direct Placement

We’re looking for an Environmental Health & Safety professional to lead critical safety, health, and environmental initiatives across our operation.

What you’ll do:

Identify and address workplace safety, health, and environmental risks
Develop and manage facility inspection programs, policies, and procedures
Lead employee training on workplace safety, emergency response, and related topics
Partner across departments to strengthen safety practices and regulatory compliance
Monitor compliance and document inspection findings
Maintain SDS documentation and required environmental and employee exposure records
Help drive continuous improvement in safety and operational performance
Provide oversight for direct reports, including timecard review and approval

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety practices
Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using inspection-related technology
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
