Membership Development Manager

TEN is a private network for founders and operators building the most important technology companies in Colorado. Our members are the people behind the companies shaping the state’s future - leading high-growth teams, raising billions in capital, and building businesses that will impact the world. We build small, highly intentional exec roundtables based on industry & roles. Meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is to build these ecosystems city by city, starting in Colorado. We're hiring our first growth role in order to support our members by surrounding them with more great leaders, build out Colorado, and then begin expansion plans in 2027. The Role We're looking for a relentless, relationship-driven hunter to own pipeline generation and member growth at TEN. You'll be talking to founders, CEOs, and other C‑suite leaders sparking conversations, building trust, and bringing high-caliber executives into a community that genuinely changes how they operate. This is a ground-floor role at a company with massive aspirations. You'll know every relevant tech executive in Colorado within 12 months. You'll have uncapped commission, equity, and work directly with the founder. You will fill his calendar and yours with intro meetings. Colorado to start; a new market in 2027. What You’ll Own Build and relentlessly work a prospect list of 800+ Colorado tech executives Own multi-touch outreach across email, LinkedIn, handwritten notes, and phone - whatever it takes Set up qualified sales conversations consistently, every week, and close deals as you grow into the role Be respectfully persistent - know when to push, when to pause, and when to change the angle. We’re here to support these great leaders. Member Company Expansion Map every current member company and identify executives we aren't yet talking to Systematically work expansion: if we have the CEO, find the CRO, CTO, CFO, and CISO Build and own TEN's relationship map - know who knows who, and use it New Track & Product Launches Drive outreach for new role-specific tracks (CRO, CTO, CISO, Technologist) and new products we’re going to launch in the Fall. Craft tailored messaging for each persona - thoughtful, not mass-blasted Coordinate closely with the founder and team to ensure we’re focused on the right people Build and maintain a tiered list of high-value target accounts and a clear plan to reach each one Track every touch in our CRM - no relationship falls through the cracks Stay sharp on funding rounds, leadership changes, and company growth signals across the market What We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial, outgoing, charismatic, fiercely competitive, and motivated to succeed. 3–6+ years in a high‑velocity, relationship‑driven role - BD, VC or PE associates, recruiting, financial services, SaaS sales, etc. You treat follow‑up as a craft - known for being persistent without being annoying Confident talking to senior executives. You hold your own in the room with a CEO or CTO Excellent written communication - your outreach gets opened and gets responses Organized and self‑directed - you don't need to be managed Energized by building something Compensation Target OTE: $130,000 – $155,000+ (uncapped commission) Details Location: Denver-based, in-person role or Remote for the right person. #J-18808-Ljbffr TEN
