Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support in employment law, advising clients on state and federal matters and managing employment-related documentation. Duties Provide employment law advice on state and federal matters. Prepare and review employment-related documents. Support clients in HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and compliance. Execute all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial. Monitor legislation and provide strategic advice. Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Organize and monitor client files effectively. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in employment law. Experience in client/employer advice and counseling preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in resolving issues and meeting deadlines. Effective time and resource management skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee. Skills Strong advocacy and client interaction skills. Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
