Asset Manager

Location Chicago, IL (Downtown | Full-Time | In-Office) A growing commercial real estate investment firm is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a local portfolio of office properties in the Chicago market. This is a highly visible role focused on maximizing asset performance through strategic leasing initiatives, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting while partnering closely with internal property management and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute leasing and asset strategies to maximize portfolio performance. Partner with the in-house property management team to drive occupancy, tenant retention, and operational efficiency. Prepare portfolio reporting, business plans, budgets, and financial analyses for ownership. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance asset value and investment returns. Qualifications 4–7 years of commercial real estate asset management experience. Experience managing office assets , preferably within the Chicago market. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
