Position Overview The Quality Assurance Forklift Driver – Pre‑Pack position is located in Olive Branch, MS. The incumbent is responsible for stocking put‑aways, pulling from reserve (PFR), picking and stocking in the Split Case Modules (MODs), stocking multi‑high‑volume orders (401s) on the shipping mezzanine, and picking off the pallet conveyor. Key Responsibilities Be certified to operate the Raymond Brand Forklifts: Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT) and Swing Reach (SW) Work at a pace that is consistent with departmental productivity and quality standards Use a hand‑held device to perform scanning and look up functions in Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) Handle cartons, stock pallets and hand‑load off pallets into locations or bins Pick from reserves and/or modules (MODs), process A‑Batches, and put‑aways Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with an Order Picker (OP) and Reach Truck (RT) Onsite and in‑office role Working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) Ability to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully Availability to work overtime as required Flexibility to work alternate schedules during peak season and other high‑volume times Availability to work in various departments and buildings as needed Focusing on maintaining a safe working environment at all times Performing other warehouse duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) up to 35 ft Benefits Generous discount on all Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. brand products 401(k) plan and other investment opportunities Paid vacations, Employee Assistance Programs, time off to volunteer, matching gifts, community service program, and holidays (in some locations) Health benefits, dental and vision insurance, including same‑sex domestic partner benefits, legal and identity protection plans, and pet insurance For more information on our benefits offers, visit MyWSIBenefits.com To learn more about our Supply Chain culture and regional associate events, visit (Login credentials may be required) Equal Opportunity Employer EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
