Nurse Manager
This position involves managing nursing services in a healthcare setting, providing primary care, and ensuring quality service delivery. It requires a full-time commitment with a specific schedule in Harlem, NY, focusing on patient care and team management.
Location: Harlem, NY (Onsite)
Position Type: Full Time, Mon-Fri 09:00am-05:00pm, 2 Saturdays a month
Compensation: Pay Range: $110,000 Per Year
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license
- Experience in nursing care practice
- Experience with substance abuse
- CPR certification or ability to obtain during employment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of clients with HIV/AIDS and substance abuse
- Ability to see, hear, and speak to clients
- Experience in patient care team training
- Familiarity with infection control and confidentiality guidelines
- Proven skills in patient education and self-care management
- Capability to manage patient care plans and transitions
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records
