Mailing Insert Operator

We are seeking an experienced Mail Inserter Operator to operate and maintain high-speed mail inserting equipment in a production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with prior mailing or print production experience who value accuracy, efficiency, and meeting production deadlines. The Mail Inserter Operator will be responsible for setting up jobs, running equipment, and ensuring all mailings meet quality and job specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mail inserting machines for high-volume mailings
• Set up jobs according to work orders, ensuring correct materials, counts, and sequencing
• Load machine hoppers with envelopes, inserts, and related materials
• Perform routine machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance
• Conduct quality checks to verify accuracy, alignment, and proper insertion
• Track job progress and report production counts or issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior mailing or mail inserter operating experience required
• Experience with high-speed mail inserting machines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow job tickets and production instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon. - Fri. (OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour (+) - (Based On Exp.)
